In spite of the foreknowledge of God and His sovereignty, evil is present and powerful in the affairs of mankind. God, however, is not the author of evil. * James 1:13—Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: God has in His sovereign rule given man moral responsibility to be exercised by his free choice to do right or wrong if he desires. The responsibility for men’s actions are upon men, not God! God’s foreknowledge
